Joss Palmer

Programme Director, OneLondon

Joss Palmer is the programme director for OneLondon – the pan-London programme dedicated to joining up information safely and securely to deliver better care for Londoners.

Previously Joss worked in NHSX and led the publication of ‘What Good Looks Like’ and before that, she co-created and led ‘Connecting Care’ – an innovative and award-winning partnership in Bristol, North Somerset & South Gloucestershire. The ‘Connecting Care’ programme changed how care is delivered locally and continues to deliver benefits.

Joss is interested in the transformational opportunities that technology offers health and care, interoperability, coaching and leading teams and delivering real benefits to the NHS.
